Question: What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: If you are unable to attend, please email kim@art4joycp.com or call 541-951-9026 prior to the event (even if it is last minute) to be eligible for a credit. If you do not call and do not show up (except for the case of a emergency) no credit will be given and any balance due will be charged to your card on file.  If you cancel 3 more days prior to the event, you will be refunded. Thank you.


Question: What are your hours?

Answer: We are open by appointment, event posting (see our calendar) and by private party reservation. We are an event based company. Kim Samitore (owner/operator) is a working mom who works hard to find the balance of work and being there for her children's activities, so Art 4 Joy has a unique company structure to support both family and work needs. Family comes first in the Samitore household and her husband, two daughters and mother all work at Art 4 Joy for a family run business. We can't wait to share an art event with you and your family and friends soon! 


Question: Can I bring my own wine/alcoholic beverage?

Answer: No, due to insurance and legal issues with having an "in house" bar with an OLCC (Oregon Liquor License) we cannot allow outside alcohol to be brought into/consumed on our premises. 


Question: Can I bring my own food or order food?

Answer: Yes! You may bring your own food or Bobbio's serves their full menu inside our studio right at your seat!


Question: Do I need to bring art supplies?

Answer: No - We supply everything you will need to complete the project.


Question: Are you handicapped equipped?

Answer: Yes! We have handicapped bathrooms and are accessible by elevator, meeting all ADA compliance standards.
